- When  booking a date a  50%  deposit is required to secure your booking & the balance can be paid and cleared on the day of the charter.

- Please bare in mind (we bank with ANZ) and same bank to bank transfers are instant, different banks may take 3 to 5 days to clear.

- Charters are subject to weather and maybe reschedule at anytime if wind forecasts are over 15 knots or continues rain.

- Safety will always come first no matter what.

- Customers that don't turn up for charters will not be refunded there deposit or full payment & cannot  use that money to rebook.

- Customers that need to cancel there charter will need to notify us at least 14 days prior to the charter otherwise the deposit is not refundable.

- Booking will only be confirmed on receipt & Clearance of payment.

(Please note on arrival or during the Charters if customers become intoxicated or drug induced or aggressive in any way the charter will be canceled and payment will not be refundable)
